Target

This happens every time we go to Target. It drives me Crazy! When he sees these shoe mats his shoes and YES socks fly off. Gross. I finally have decided it is faster just to let him do it fast and get it over with. I love this funny kid!

Chucky Cheese

This last week was pretty long. My Grandma Fillmore passed away and I wasn't able to make it back to Idaho... being very pregnant and all. So Joe took a day off! We went to Chucky Cheese. I know that may not sound like an amazing day but it was. Grant was so happy he loved it. It was so nice to just slow down!
Grant is still talking about it!

Grandma Fillmore

Virginia Pearless Fillmore

BURLEY • Virginia Pearless Fillmore, age 89, of Burley, passed away early Tuesday morning, March 5, 2013, at the Cassia Regional Medical Center in Burley.

She was known as Virginia through high school and then as Pearless for many of her adult years until she once again became Virginia when the family moved to Blackfoot. She remained Pearless to her close friends and family.
Pearless was born Feb. 24, 1924, in Rupert, Idaho, the daughter of Millard Franklin and Ida Bailey Culley. She received her education in Rupert and graduated from Rupert High School. She married J. Grant Fillmore on Feb. 6, 1945, in Cheyenne, Wyo., while he was in the Army. Mom and Dad were later sealed for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake LDS Temple in October 1990. Their first home was in Twin Falls, Idaho, where they lived until the early 1950s when they moved to Burley. In 1973, they moved to Blackfoot and then returned to Burley in 1988. Mom appreciated loving friendships with many people and especially loved family parties.
Pearless worked in doctors’ offices from the time she was in high school until she went to LPN school at the age of 52. She worked at Bingham Memorial and Cassia Memorial hospitals in the geriatrics department and then at Parke View Rehabilitation and Care Center until she retired at the age of 77. She loved working with older people and never considered herself one of them! Pearless loved to stay busy. She enjoyed painting and won ribbons at the fair. She also kept her hands busy with crocheting and quilting.
Pearless was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, J. Grant Fillmore; and a baby daughter, Virginia Rae Fillmore; as well as her brothers and sisters, Leland Culley, Thelma Culley Anderson, Lester Culley, Wilma Culley Badger, Charlotte Culley Manning and a baby brother, Lowell. Pearless is survived by her children, Linda Fillmore Wright (Steve), Lawrence J. Fillmore (Elizabeth), Marilyn Fillmore Mangum (Roger) and Mark Wayne Fillmore (LeAnn). Also surviving are 19 grandchildren and 60 great-grandchildren.
Her greatest joy was seeing her family grow in love and harmony in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 9, at the Burley LDS West Stake Center, 2420 Parke Ave., with Bishop Dan Alvey officiating. Burial will be in the Gem Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday, March 8, at the Rasmussen Funeral Home, 1350 E. 16th St. in Burley, and from 11:30 a.m. until 12:40 p.m. Saturday at the church.
